Daarop kijkt songschrijver John Butler terug op 33 jaar spelen in een rockband. Het heilige vuur is er nog steeds, maar hij heeft wel wat waarschuwende woorden voor toekomstige collega\u2019s. \u2018Ah look out kid I know how you feel \/ I know the deal \/ But that\u2019s when they take the best of you.\u2019 Hij kan het weten, want zijn band uit het Engelse Leicester is nooit echt de pubs <!--more-->ontstegen. Is dat erg? Voor ons niet, want wat is er fijner dan pubrock? Want die combinatie van Engelse straatwijsheid en muziek die leunt op voorbeelden als Byrds, Buffalo Springfield en Moby Grape is geweldig. We zijn over deze tiende plaat al net zo enthousiast als het twee jaar geleden verschenen <a href=\"https:\/\/www.altcountry.nl\/blog\/2020\/07\/diesel-park-west\/\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener\"><em>Let It Melt<\/em><\/a>. Voor iedereen die houdt van Kinks, Faces, Stones, Godfathers is dit zwaar aanbevolen. Opgenomen in Leicester in twee periodes in 2020 toen de restricties ietwat waren losgelaten, waarna Salim Nourallah en John Dufilho (Deathray Davies, Apples In Stereo) in Texas de opnamen mixten.
