Meestal maakt ze muziek met haar man Rod, maar op dit album werkt ze met louter vrouwen samen. Die staan haar bij om haar gevoelens in juiste banen te leiden. Capps diept pijnlijke gebeurtenissen op, maar kijkt niet om in wrok. Om al die ervaringen te kanaliseren is acceptatie nodig. Verwacht dus geen enorme uithalen of emotionele uitbarstingen, de spanning is meer onderhuids voelbaar. Om geraakt te worden is het zaak te luisteren naar de teksten. De <!--more-->muzikale begeleiding van deze folkliedjes is nergens spectaculair, maar wel fijntjes. Op opener <em>My Eden<\/em> valt de percussie op en de roffeltjes van de drums geven <em>Riverbound<\/em> karakter. <em>The Punch<\/em> leert dat je soms zelf de belangrijkste veroorzaker bent van je eigen ellende.
