Pierson die behalve piano ook nog een Hammond B3 en tenor banjo speelt begint met Dusty House Blues dat toch vooral oude jazz is. Het is een stijl die herinneringen oproept aan iemand als Ida Cox. Een bijzonder prettige kennismaking met deze positief ingestelde vrouw, die je graag volgt op haar <!--more-->weg <em>Back To The Light<\/em>. Dat nummer volgt ze op met de gospel <em>Joy Came Back<\/em>. Met alle ruimte voor de bas en een jazzy drumsolo.
